Sneezing and Sore Throat always make me uncomfortable. I feel very bad during sore throat.

Good and long sleep can protect from sneezing attacks. I noticed that late hour sleeping and restlessness are major symptoms. Various studies also suggest that good sleeping habit create strong immunity system against sneezing attacks.
