Schuessler’s Tissue Salts

12 salts of Dr. Schuessler are amazing finding. I am listing few links and article for further study meanwhile I will document each salt in detail with real life experiment.

The Twelve Salts and Some of Their Keynote Symptoms
(The most commonly-used abbreviation is followed by its traditional and chemical names.)
1.  KALI  PHOS (Kali Phosphoricum; Potassium Phosphate)
            a. mental/emotional symptoms predominate
            b. Feel as if "I'm too tired to rest." 
            c. Anxiety, brain fatigue, irritability, temper-tantrums, sleeplessness, dizziness,
            nervous asthma
            d. easily bleeding gums
2.  KALI MUR (Kali Muriaticum; Potassium Chloride)
            a. white mucus, swollen glands
            b. white or gray coated tongue, glandular swellings, discharge of white, thick
                mucus from nose or eyes
            c. indigestion from rich food
3.  KALI SULPH (Kali Sulphuricum; Potassium Sulphate)
            a. yellow mucus, later stages of illness, congestion and cough worse in evening
            b. dandruff, yellow coated tongue, yellow crusts on eyelids
            c. gas, poor digestion 
4.  CALC PHOS (Calcarea Phosphorica; Calcium Phosphate)
            a. teething remedy
            b. upset stomach, post-nasal drip, chronic cold feet, poor dentition
5.  CALC SULPH (Calcarea Sulphurica; Calcium Sulphate)
            a. sores that heal poorly, herpes blisters
            b. pain in forehead, vertigo, pimples on the face
6.  CALC FLUOR (Calcarea Fluorica; Calcium Fluoride)
            a. poor tooth enamel, cracks in palms of hands, lips
            b. hemorrhoids
7.  NAT MUR (Natrum Muriate; Sodium Chloride)
            a.  dryness of body openings, clear thin mucus
            b. effects of excess overheating; itching of hair at nape of neck
            c. early stage of common colds with clear, running discharge
            d. insect bites (applied locally)
8.  NAT SULPH (Natrum Sulphuricum; Sodium Sulphate)
            a. rarely needed
            b. green stools and other excess bile symptoms
            c. Sensitive scalp, greenish-gray or greenish-brown coating on tongue, influenza
9.  NAT PHOS (Natrum Phosphoricum; Sodium Phosphate)
            a. simple morning sickness; acid rising in throat
            b. Headache on crown of head, eyelids glued together in morning,
            c. grinding of teeth in sleep; pain and sour risings from stomach after eating
10. MAG PHOS (Magnesia Phosphorica; Magnesium Phosphate)
            a. Muscle spasms, cramps and menstrual cramps, if always better with heat
            b. hiccups; trembling of hands
            c. teeth sensitive to cold
11. FERRUM PHOS ( Ferrum Phosphate; Ferrum Phosphate)
            a. first stages of inflammation, redness, swelling, early fever
            b. congestive headache, earache, sore throat
            c. loss of voice from overuse
12. SILICEA (Silica)
            a. white pus forming conditions, boils ("homeopathic lancet"), stony-hard glands
            b. Sty in eye area, tonsillitis, brittle nails

Amjad Sabri

Amjad Sabri killed in Karachi during month of Ramadan while going to TV station for Iftar transmission.

Most people praise him for his work done in Qawwali, Naat and Hamd but that was his profession. He was great human being. Pakistan had lost great man. May Allah forgive him and raise his ranks in paradise.

Against the backdrop of the tale of Sassi and Punnun, the poet makes a mystical, poetic statement - warning of the tragic consequences of the smallest measure of complacency on the Path of Love, which is fraught with danger and deception.




نی عشق دے پچھے نہ پو سسیئے
ni ishq de pichchhe nah po sassiye
after love don’t hanker, Sassi
نی تو چھڈ دے عشق دا کھیڑا
ni tu chaḍ de ishq da kheṛa
just renounce love completely
نی بالاں وانگر ضد نہ کر تو
ni baalaan waangar zid nah kar tu
don't be childishly insistent
عشق دا راہ اے بھیڑا
ishq da raah e bhaiṛa
the path of love is wretched
سخر دپہراں وا ورولے
sikhar dupahraan wa wirole
like whirlwinds at hottest noon
تے مارو تھل دے پینڈے
te maaru thal de painḍe
and treks through the deadly Maru Thal desert
بری نظامی کیہن سیانے

you’re a sprightly, naive maiden
تیرا روپ کوارا
tera roop kuwaara
chaste and pure is your beauty
نی پھلاں جئے مکھڑے تے
ni phullaan jae mukhṛe te
that flower-like face of yours
کتے سخر دوپہر نہ تانیں
kitte sikhr dopahr nah taaneen
don’t let it be overcast by the noon sun
نی سسیئے جاگدی رہئیں
ni sassiye jaag di raeen

رات اج دی نیند نہ مانیں

the night Mahiwal roasted his own flesh for her
تیرے نال وی انج نہ ہووے
tere naal wi inj na howe
may you not endure the same
رات شراباں والی
raat sharaabaan waali
the night Punnun was plied with wine
نی ویلا گیا ہتھہ نہ آوے
ni wela gaya hath na aawe
a lost moment can’t be recaptured
توں ویلا آپ پچھانیں
toon wela aap pachhaaneen
you should know the worth of this moment
نی سسیئے جاگدی رہئیں
ni sassiye jaag di raeen
O Sassi, keep watchful and awake
رات اج دی نیند نہ مانیں
raat aj di neend nah maaneen

عشق دی راہوں کھنجے جیہڑے
ishq di raahon khunje jehṛe
on the paths of love, those who lose their way
پیندے لمیاں واٹاں
painde lamyaan waaṭaan
must cover long distances
مرن تیک نہ مگروں لہندیاں
maran teek nah magron lahandiyaan
not till death can one free oneself
عشق دیاں اے چاٹان
ishq diyaan e chaaṭaan
these are the blows rained down by love
نی چھم چھم بدلاں وانگوں
ni cham cham badlaan waangoon
like great splashing clouds of rain
کتے اکھیاں چوں وس پئے ناں پانیں
kitte akhyaan chon was pae naan paaneen
may your eyes not flood with tears
نی سسیئے جاگدی رہئیں
ni sassiye jaagdi raeen
O Sassi, stay wide awake
رات اج دی نیند نہ مانیں
raat aj di neend nah maaneen
this night, don’t delight in slumber
نی اوٹھاں والے ٹر جان گے
ni ooṭhaan waale ṭur jaan ge
the camel-riders will set off


کل ٻلائیں جنڳل دیاں
kul balaain jangal deeyaan
all the fiendish scavengers of the forest
آ لاش سسی تے ڳیاں
aa laash sassi te gaiyyaan
gathered at Sassi’s corpse
ݙیکھ  تے لاش سسی دی نوں
ḍekh te laash sassi di noon
upon seeing the corpse of Sassi
حیران کھلوتیاں رئیاں
hairaan khalotiyaan raiyyaan
they were left astonished
سسسی آکھیا بیشک کھاؤ میکوں
sassi aakhiya beshak khaao maikoon
Sassi said, “Go on and consume me”
میں تاں دعوت ݙیندی پئیاں
main taan daawat ḍaindi paiyyaan
I readily invite you to do so
پر ݙو اکھیاں میݙیاں محفوظ رکھائے
par ḍu akkhiyaan meḍiyaan mahfooz rakhaae
but please keep safe these two eyes of mine
راہ کیچ دا ݙیہدیاں پئیاں
raah kech da ḍehdiyaan paiyyaan
towards Punnun's Kech are they turned expectantly
